These Terms govern your use of this website, purchases made through it, and access to the training content.

1. Company Information

This website and training services are operated by:

Email: info@learnautoelectrics.com

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing any course, creating an account, or using any part of the training platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase access to the training.

3. Nature of the Training

Learn Auto Electrics provides educational material intended to teach concepts, diagnostic logic, practical methods, and workshop-based approaches related to automotive electrical systems, wiring repairs, diagnostics, electronic modules, programming procedures, cloning work, immobilizer systems, and ECU-related adjustments.

4. Practical Workshop Experience

The demonstrations and explanations in this course are based on real hands-on workshop experience. We show methods, processes, and approaches that we use in practice, based on our own tools, workflow, and real vehicle situations.

5. Video Recording & Media Source

All course videos are filmed in our own garage or workshop environment while working on real vehicles, real components, or real diagnostic scenarios.

Some images, diagrams, explanatory visuals, or written materials may be created personally or with the assistance of AI tools. Any AI-assisted materials are reviewed, checked, and validated by us before publication.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, structure, voice recordings, graphics, diagrams, lesson flow, and teaching methodology, remain the intellectual property of Shopping Top 1 unless otherwise stated.

6. Educational Purpose Only

The course content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute official manufacturer guidance, certified OEM training, engineering approval, legal certification, regulated technical advice, or professional safety instruction for every vehicle type.

You are responsible for verifying all procedures, wiring information, programming methods, legal requirements, and safety precautions for the exact vehicle, system, country, and job being performed.

7. No Professional, Legal, or Safety Guarantee

The content does not replace official repair manuals, OEM wiring diagrams, approved safety procedures, legally required licensing, or local compliance obligations. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, suitability for a particular purpose, completeness, or compatibility with any specific vehicle, tool, software version, or jurisdiction.

8. Safety & Risk Responsibility

Automotive electrical, electronic, coding, programming, remapping, and module-related work involves risk. By applying any information from this training, you accept full responsibility for your own actions, tools, procedures, testing methods, workshop safety, legal compliance, and final results.

We are not liable for any damage, injury, data loss, financial loss, repair costs, downtime, failed programming attempts, vehicle faults, component failures, legal issues, or any other consequences arising from the use or misuse of the course content.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Each vehicle may differ depending on model, year, software version, wiring changes, retrofits, previous repairs, hidden faults, aftermarket equipment, and regional specification. For that reason, results may vary and no specific result is guaranteed.

10. Tools, Software & Legal Compliance

Some tools, diagnostic equipment, EEPROM/ECU devices, coding systems, remapping tools, or software shown in the training may require licences, subscriptions, permissions, legal authorisation, or professional qualifications depending on your country or intended use.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your use of any tool, software, tuning method, immobilizer-related work, coding procedure, or module programming activity is lawful in your location.

11. User Accounts & Access

Course access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. You must not share your login details, allow multiple users to access one account, reproduce member-only pages, or distribute course materials in any form.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe that:

  • account sharing has taken place
  • content has been copied, downloaded, screen-recorded, redistributed, or resold
  • the platform is being used fraudulently, abusively, or unlawfully
  • access is being used in a way that harms our business, systems, or intellectual property rights

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and inside the training platform, including videos, lesson text, audio, graphics, layout, diagrams, branding, structure, downloads, and educational methodology, is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, screen record, republish, upload, distribute, sublicense, translate for resale, or commercially exploit any part of the course without prior written permission.

13. Digital Content Supply & Immediate Access

The course is supplied as digital content and/or digital services delivered electronically. Access may be granted immediately after payment or shortly thereafter through your account.

By purchasing the course and requesting or using immediate access to the training content, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost or reduced once digital access begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer law.

However, where immediate access to digital content has been supplied at your request, and you have expressly consented to such access during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the effect on your withdrawal rights, your right to cancel or obtain a refund may be lost once access to the digital content begins, to the extent permitted by law.

In addition to statutory rights, any discretionary refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may take into account factors such as account activity, the extent of course access, the opening of protected resources, downloads, and overall usage of the training platform.

Any refund granted outside your statutory rights remains entirely at our discretion.

To request a refund review or raise a consumer rights issue, contact:
info@learnautoelectrics.com

15. Early Access Program

Some customers may purchase the course under an Early Access program. Early Access means that parts of the training may still be under development and that additional lessons, videos, resources, tools, or supporting materials may be added progressively over time.

By purchasing under Early Access, you understand and accept that:

  • not all lessons or features may be available immediately at the date of purchase
  • content may be released gradually
  • the structure, order, design, or presentation of certain sections may change over time
  • you receive access to future updates included within your purchased access level, unless stated otherwise
  • the Early Access price reflects access before full completion of the full training library

Early Access does not mean that the product is defective, incomplete in a legal sense, or refundable merely because future content is still being added.

16. Pricing, VAT & Payments

All prices displayed on this website are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. Prices may include VAT where applicable, and VAT treatment may vary depending on the customer’s location and the legal rules applying to digital products and services at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, access levels, and package structure at any time. Any price change will not affect a purchase already completed.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on this website.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website and course platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, third-party failures, plugin conflicts, internet outages, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopping Top 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, vehicle downtime, programming failure, module damage, business interruption, loss of data, or third-party claims arising from or related to:

  • your use of the website or course content
  • your reliance on any training material
  • your use of tools, software, coding, remapping, cloning, or repair procedures shown in the course
  • temporary unavailability of the website or training platform
  • unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to secure your credentials

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shopping Top 1 from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your application of the training content in practice.
